If you would like to have your tickets MAILED to you, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling: (760) 346 -8184.
E-TICKETS
All tickets purchased ONLINE will be e-tickets delivered via Email. You will receive an Order Confirmation with your e-ticket(s) attached. You will need to PRINT each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge.
To order ONLINE, type the quantity of the items you would like below, and then click “Order Now”. Your order will be summarized and then you will proceed to a secure page for Checkout.

Ticket sales at the Courses: By waiting past December 31st, you will be unable to take advantage of the early purchase discounts. Tickets are sold at the gate every day.

I ordered my ticket(s) online, how will I receive my ticket order?
You will receive an Order Confirmation via Email. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your Order Confirmation Email. You will need to PRINT out each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge.
Where will I find my order confirmation and e-ticket(s)?
Check your Email inbox for your Order Confirmation. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your Order Confirmation Email. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your Order Confirmation in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see your Order Confirmation, call Customer Service: 1-800-350-8850 Mon-Fri 6am-8pm PT, Sat-Sun 8am – 5pm PT.
Do I need to PRINT my e-ticket(s)?
YES. You will need to PRINT each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge.
I bought two tickets, and both e-tickets have my name on them. Will this be a problem?
No. The name on your e-ticket is insignificant. Please just be sure the barcode on your e-ticket(s) is not damaged when you go through the printing process.
Help! I am having difficulty opening and printing my e-ticket(s).

I received my ticket order in the mail last year; will I be receiving my order in the mail again this year?
No. All ONLINE ticket orders will be e-tickets delivered via Email. Once you receive your e-ticket(s), print them out and bring them with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge.
