All General Parking is free.
General Parking Area. The General Parking area for all courses is at SilverRock Resort (see “A” on map below). The entrance to General Parking is on Jefferson Avenue south of Avenue 52. Directional signs on Jefferson Avenue and Avenue 52 will lead you to the General Parking entrance.
Transportation to Other Courses. Shuttles will transport you from General Parking to and from all courses. These shuttles run continuously from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday through Sunday.

Find Your Favorite Players and Celebrities
Daily pairings will be posted on www.HumanaChallenge.com and published in the daily local newspaper sports section. Complimentary Daily Pairing Sheets will also be available at every course throughout the tournament.
Daily Pairing Sheet and Course Map
Pick up a Daily Pairing Sheets to find out when the players tee off and the order of the groups. Pairing Sheets include course maps, and are available near entrances and at selected locations on the tournament grounds.
Thursday through Saturday there will be two PGA TOUR pros in each foursome. One way to tell the Tour players from a distance is to look for their caddies, each of whom wears a vest with their player’s name on the back. Each celebrity’s caddie will also be wearing an identifying vest.
Inclement Weather Policy For Spectators
Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for “weather warning” signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If a siren sounds, seek shelter immediately.
Avoid the Following:
- Open areas
- Hilltops/high places
- Isolated trees
- Golf carts
- Wire fences
Cell Phone Policy
Cell phones must be set on silent (vibrate) and may only be used in designated mobile device areas. Cell phones may not be used for photography or video.
Autograph Policy
During official competitive rounds (Thursday through Sunday), a PGA TOUR player will not sign autographs after the start of his round until it is complete. An autograph area will be designated at the tournament that all players have the option to use. Memorabilia for autographs are not permitted on the grounds during the tournament.
Alcohol Policy
Spectators are not allowed to bring any type of alcohol to the tournament grounds. Only beer and wine may be removed from any Private Hospitality area or a Clubhouse.
Outside Food and Beverage
Spectators are not allowed to bring any type of outside food or beverage to the tournament grounds.
Prohibited Items Policy
PGA TOUR guidelines prohibit the following items on the courses all week.
Unfortunately, prohibited items may not be left at the checkpoints.
- Cameras* (video or still) - TV’s and radios
- Coolers or picnic baskets - Backpacks/large purses
- Ladders - Signs Banners or Flags
- Pets/animals – Weapons
Disabled Policy
We are committed to servicing disabled patrons regarding their special needs and parking requirements.
Disabled Parking Areas
Parking areas are reserved at each event for those vehicles with a state issued Disabled Person placard and proper credentials for that lot. Accessible shuttles are provided to and from all courses.
Accessible Restrooms
Both clubhouses are ADA compliant. There are also accessible restroom facilities at each course.

All tickets and badges may be purchased at Tournament Headquarters, 39000 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA. Or you may call; toll free, 1-888-672-4673. You may also order tickets and badges online by clicking here.
Daily and weekly tickets are also available at either Lumpy’s store location: in La Quinta (46-630 Washington Street, north of Hwy 111, near Trader Joes, (760) 904-4911) and Rancho Mirage (72769 Dinah Shore Drive, (760) 321-2437).
Is there a charge for children?
Children under 12 are admitted free when accompanied with a paying adult (limit two children per paying adult).
Should I receive a confirmation immediately when I place an online order for tickets?
Yes. You will receive an Order Confirmation via Email with your e-tickets attached shortly after you have completed your ticket order. You will need to PRINT each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge.
Are credit cards accepted at the gate?
Yes, credit cards may be used at the gate for tickets. Credit cards may also be used at the Humana Challenge office or when placing phone or online ticket orders.
I received a PGA Partners card. The card says I need to make a reservation. What do I do?
Simply take your certificate to the course of your choice on the day you wish to attend and our Gate personnel will exchange your certificate for a daily ticket.
Can I buy a ticket the day of the event?
By waiting past January 1st you will be unable to take advantage of the early purchase discounts. Tickets are sold at the gate every day.

What activities are available on the course?
There will be many fun and interactive activities available on the course. The tournament will feature on-course wellness activites, a family-fit area, along with healthy concession options. Between enjoying a cool beverage while listening to music in Bob Hope Square and checking out the official Humana Challenge Merchandise Tent, fans will have plenty of activities to indulge in throughout the tournament week.
Can I get autographs during play, when they are walking from one hole to another?
During official competitive rounds (Thursday through Sunday), a PGA TOUR player cannot sign autographs after the start of his round until it is complete. An autograph area will be designated at the tournament that all players have the option to use. We ask that you hold requests for autographs until the amateurs, celebrities and professionals complete their rounds.
What accommodations for the disabled are available at the tournament?

What clothing do you sell?
An extensive collection of official tournament merchandise will be available to purchase in Bob Hope Square. Located at the host course, Palmer Private at PGA WEST. It will be open Monday through Sunday, from 7:00am until 4:00pm. There is also Humana Challenge merchandise available at the other courses during the tournament as well as at the Lumpy’s store locations in Rancho Mirage and La Quinta.
