REQUEST FOR CREDENTIALS

Dear Members of the Media:

The Humana Challenge (formerly the Bob Hope Classic) is now accepting
media credential applications for the 53rd tournament, to be held
January 16-22, 2012.

If you registered last year, just enter the site with your chosen user
ID and password. If you do not remember your user ID or password, please
call or email Denise Taylor at the PGA TOUR office (904-273-3311 or
denisetaylor@pgatourhq.com).

If this is your first time visiting this media-only website, you will go
through a brief registration process. Once you receive your
confirmation via e-mail, then you can go through the application
process. I’m certain you will find pgatourmedia.com an informative site
for up to date information on the TOUR and the Humana Challenge.

* Register, if not previously registered
* Click on Credentials and follow directions for applying for the
Humana Challenge
* Don’t forget to hit “submit” when finished

The deadline for applying for your media credentials is Jan. 4, 2012.
