Tournament Policies

We hope you enjoy your visit to the 2015 Humana Challenge. Please carefully review the tournament policies listed below to help ensure you and those around you have the best Humana Challenge experience possible.

Bag Policy

Opaque bags are not to exceed 6” x 6” x 6” (in their natural state). Clear tote bags, plastic, vinyl or other carry items are not to exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. A 1 gallon clear, re-sealable plastic bag is permitted.

Mobile Devices

All mobile devices must be set on silent (vibrate)and may only be used in designated mobile device areas. And remember, mobile devices may not be used for photography after Wednesday or for video all week.


Please note that cameras will be permitted only during the Practice Rounds and Pro-Am Events Monday and Wednesday. Cameras will not be permitted on the grounds during the Tournament Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. (This includes the use of a mobile device). Video devices are prohibited all week.


To provide the professional and celebrity players with an environment free of distractions and interruption, autographs are not allowed during official competitive rounds (Thursday through Sunday). After the conclusion of play, PGA TOUR players and celebrities have the option to sign autographs in designated autograph areas. Memorabilia for autographs are not permitted on the grounds during the tournament.

Outside Food and Beverages

Spectators are not allowed to bring any type of outside food or beverage to the tournament grounds.

Accessible Facilities

We are committed to offering disabled patrons our complete attention to their special needs. Parking areas are reserved for those vehicles with a state issued Disabled Person placard and proper parking credentials for that lot. Accessible shuttles are provided to and from all courses. There are accessible restroom facilities at each course. There is also accessible seating available at all courses.

Emergencies and First Aid

Should a problem or emergency occur, contact any uniformed Tournament Marshal or law enforcement personnel to expedite medical assistance. First Aid tents are displayed on the

Prohibited Items

  • Backpacks
  • Chair bags
  • Lawn or over size chairs
  • Seat cushions
  • Pets except for service animals
  • Bicycles
  • Opaque bags larger than 6? ? 6? ? 6? (in their natural state) will not be permitted
  • Clear tote bags, plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12? ? 6? ? 12? will not be permitted
  • Video cameras at any time
  • Cameras will not permitted after Wednesday
  • Radios, televisions, or other electronic noise producing items
  • Whistles, horns or noise makers
  • Signs or banners
  • Alcoholic beverages may not enter or leave the tournament
  • Outside food or beverages may not enter the tournament except for medical or infant needs
  • Plastic, metal, or glass cups, cans or containers of any kind except for medical or infant needs
  • Coolers of any kind
  • Weapons of any kind may not enter the tournament including but not limited to firearms or knives
  • Computers or laptops
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal substances
  • Laser pointers
  • Poles or rods
  • Other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the PGA TOUR/Tournament Security

Tournament Bag Policy

All items such as purses and other small personal carry items will be subject to inspection (including metal detection) at the gate.

  • All bags that are checked at the gates will be subject to search.
  • Please report any unattended bags to the nearest marshal or security officer.
  • All mobile phones and electronic devices must be silenced and must be used in accordance with the posted Mobile Device Policy.
  • Mobile phones may be used to make calls in designated areas only.
  • Approaching players for autographs is prohibited unless they have completed their rounds Thursday through Sunday.

Inclement Weather Policy for Spectators

Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for "weather
warning" signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If a siren sounds, seek shelter immediately.

Avoid the Following:

  • Open areas
  • Hilltops/high places
  • Isolated trees
  • Golf carts
  • Wire fences
