Policies

We hope you enjoy your visit to the 2014 Humana Challenge. Please carefully review the tournament policies listed below to help ensure you and those around you have the best Humana Challenge experience possible. All policies will be enforced by tournament officials.

Mobile Devices

All mobile devices must be set on silent (vibrate) and may only be used in designated mobile device areas. And remember, mobile devices may not be used for photography or video.

Photography

Please note that cameras will be permitted only during the Practice Rounds and Pro-Am Rounds Monday - Wednesday. Cameras will not be permitted on the grounds during the Tournament Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. (This includes the use of a Mobile Device).Video devices are prohibited on-site all week.

Autographs

To provide the professional and celebrity players with an environment free of distractions and interruption, autographs are not allowed during official competitive rounds (Thursday through Sunday.) After the conclusion of play, PGA TOUR players and celebrities have the option to sign autographs in designated autograph areas. Memorabilia for autographs are not permitted on the grounds during the tournament.

Outside Food and Beverages

Spectators are not allowed to bring any type of outside food or beverage to the tournament grounds.

Disabled Facilities

We are committed to servicing disabled patrons regarding their special needs and parking requirements. For further information, please click HERE.

Disabled Parking Areas

Parking areas are reserved at each event for those vehicles with a state issued Disabled Person placard and proper credentials for that lot. Accessible shuttles are provided to and from all courses.

Seating for Disabled Patrons

Accessible seating is available at all courses.

Accessible Restrooms

Both clubhouses are ADA compliant. There are also accessible restroom facilities at each course.

Emergencies and First Aid

Should a problem or emergency occur, contact any uninformed tournament Marshal or Law Enforcement personnel to expedite medical assistance. First Aid tents are displayed on the course maps that are distributed at the tournament gates.

Inclement Weather Policy for Spectators

Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for "weather
warning" signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If a siren sounds, seek shelter immediately.

Open areas

Hilltops/high places

Isolated trees

Golf carts

Wire fences
